Applicability and conditions
Via Riptidemen / My underwear webstore, Vetidel offers its customers the possibility to purchase products online.
Our terms and conditions are applicable to every offer from us as a web shop to you as Consumer (every natural person who, for non-occupational purposes alone, purchases or uses a good or service made available on the market).
We deliver to Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Luxembourg. Other countries will be delivered on specific demand. Contact us per mail ([email protected] ) for more information.
To be able to place an order, you must above the age of 18. We reserve the right to decline your order in case we detect you are a minor.
Placing an online order on the website constitutes a formal acceptance of our terms and conditions, which are always available through our website.

If in addition to these terms and conditions, additional special conditions apply, the above applies also to those special conditions.
From order to Contract
The articles are intended for normal private use ONLY.
Website is compiled using the official’s brands catalogues and pictures, being possible that some information is incomplete, contains material errors, typesetting or printing errors.
Veridel is in no way liable for the non-correctness or incompleteness of the information offered, material errors, typesetting or printing errors. But we will always describe as complete and accurate as possible all the goods for selling, allowing the customer to make a proper assessment.

A contract is officially made between the customer and Veridel when the order is confirmed by mail. The invoice will only be sent after the receival payment (made by credit or debit cards or wire transfer)
In case your bank refuses the payment, we cannot be hold responsible for this refuse, neither for all delays that can occur on the delivery or non-delivery of your order.
Orders without valid payment by name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed.

Right of withdrawal
We do not accept exchanges.
You can return the goods following the law:
You can only return your order within the 14 days the order has been expedited. In case of return, always send us a mail before the return ( [email protected]) and before the end of the 14 days of initial expedition.
Due the nature of the products we sell, and for hygienic reasons, returns are only possible if following conditions are fulfilled: the product must be returned unopened , unused, with the original labels and original packaging.
Only exception for returning Openend packages is made for returns due to manufacturing defaults. In this case, send clear pictures of the default before sending the item back, using mail address [email protected]
Will not be repossess under any circumstances : opened packages, used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or incomplete items.
The shipping costs for the return shipment are at the expense of the customer.
The initial shipping costs payed by the customer will not be reimbursed.
In case a return is accepted by us, we can refuse repayment as long as we have not received the returned goods and we have checked the relevant deficiency (and only if the deficiency is due to production fault. In this case, the brand guarantee will intervene after the brand has checked herself the defect product. Take into account that can be time consuming, no compensations can be requested to Veridel)
The Return address to be used will be provided by mail on request.
During the period we mention in our offer, our prices do not change, except for price changes resulting from changes in VAT rates.
Our prices include all taxes, VAT but not the shipping costs.
Price indication only refers to the articles as mentioned in the description. The accompanying photo is decorative and can contain items that are not included in the price.
We only accept advance payment through our website using the payment methods indicated in the webpage.

Conformity and warranty
Manufacturing guarantees are given by the brand, in case the brand does not accept to grant a guarantee for a product, Veridel cannot be held guarantee or responsible
As a consumer, you dispose over a statutory 2-year warranty on goods purchased from us if this good is not in accordance with the placed order.
During this period and within the legal limits, we provide for the free replacement or repair of goods showing a defect covered by the statutory warranty, only in case the manufacturing brand accepts the defect and its guarantee. Due the nature of the products, no repair of goods will be foreseen.
In cases of disputes you have the right to demand the dissolution of the contract of sale.
Delivery and execution
We deliver to Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. For deliveries to other countries, a specific request must be sent by mail on forehand to [email protected]
Veridel undertakes to process the orders placed on the site if stocks last and within the limitations formulated in these conditions.
The delivery of the ordered item is done at the address given by the customer.
The chosen delivery method / chosen country affects the delivery time with a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 30 days after receipt of payment for delivery (these target periods are purely indicative)
Each delivery is announced via email.
Veridel can under no circumstances be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of the products or services, nor for the damage that might have on the delivery transport.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges to Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Spain are stipulated by the official Post prices.
In case of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfil our obligations. In that case we may either suspend our obligations for the duration of the state of force majeure or repudiate the agreement.
Events of force majeure are all circumstances external to our will and control that render the respect of our obligations completely or partly impossible.
Such events include amongst others strikes, fire, disruption of energy supplies or telecommunication networks or communication systems and/or the temporary down-time of the webshop, late delivery or absence of delivery by suppliers or other third parties, …
Our website, logos, texts, photographs, names, and in general all our communications are protected by intellectual property rights either belonging to us or our suppliers or other claimants.
It is forbidden to use and/or change any of the intellectual property rights as described in the present clause.
So, you may not copy nor reproduce for example drawings, photographs names, texts, logos, colour combinations, etc. ...without our prior written and explicit consent.
Complaints procedure and conflicts

All contracts we conclude with our customers are, regardless of their place of residence, exclusively governed by Belgian law. Only the courts of Belgium are competent to adjudicate with disputes arising out of or connected to these contracts. If as a result of international law the law of a different country applies, the interpretation of the current terms and conditions will in the first instance be done in accordance to Book VI of the Belgian Commercial Code.
By way of Alternative Dispute Resolution measure, the Federal Service de Médiation des Consommateurs has been appointed to receive all demands of out of court settlement of consumer disputes.

Veridel undertakes to use your data solely for the execution of the concluded agreement that you conclude by means of your order and to send you information of Riptidemen without any obligation. If you also want to receive information via e-mail, please also provide us with your e-mail address.
We treat your information as confidential information and will never pass on, rent or sell it to third parties. You can request, correct, change or delete your data that we store in the Riptidemen customer list at any time and you can refuse Veridel to use your data to send you information. It is enough to request this in writing.
Veridel strictly respects the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 regarding the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data.

Change of conditions
These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by other conditions that are explicitly referred to, and the general terms and conditions of sale of Riptidemen. In case of contradiction, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
Veridel can change these Terms and Conditions without further notice. Any purchase after the change implies an acceptance by the customer of these new Terms and Conditions.
The customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can serve as proof. The customer is solely and exclusively responsible for the correctness of all data that he or she passes on.
The repayment of an accepted return of goods is carried out within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment by transfer to your bank account.
